- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your appointment is NOT confirmed until the $30 deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms listed with your service.

Booking Policies
Please read carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below.
Rescheduling & cancellations
- Rescheduling is allowed ONE TIME ONLY.
- You must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in loss of your deposit.
- A new $30 deposit will be required to book again.
- NO-SHOWS will not be rescheduled.
Late arrivals
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply.
- Excessive lateness may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.
- Your appointment time will not be extended because of a late arrival.

- We provide 100% human hair for the following:
- Boho & Gypsy — Deep wave: 1B • 1 • 4 • 27 • 30 • 613 • 350
- Bora Bora — Body wave: 4 • 27 • 613 • 1B • 1 • 30
Additional fees
- Short hair: +$80
- Colored Boho: +$30
- Boho ends: +$50
- Beads: +$20
- Bantu knots: +$30
- Color blending: +$30 when blending/mixing two or more colors
- Bring your own bundles — Gypsy & Bora Bora: $100 less; Boho: $30 less
- Additional fees will be applied when applicable.
Style & color changes
- Please confirm your desired style and color BEFORE booking.
- Changes to your style or color will NOT be allowed on the appointment date.
Hair preparation
- Please arrive with your hair clean, completely dry, and fully detangled.
- Hair must be properly blow-dried unless a wash/blow-dry service is included or purchased.
Hot water services
- Some services require hot water for the finishing process. Please be prepared to remain in the salon until your service is completely finished.
- You do NOT need to leave or move to another location.
Guest policy
- Please come alone whenever possible.
- Children and additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Final check & corrections
- Please inspect and confirm your braids before leaving the salon.
- If you notice anything that needs correction, let us know before leaving so we can address it immediately.
- Once you leave the salon, refunds will not be issued for concerns that could have been identified and addressed before leaving.
